Share your thoughts and experiences in the commercial/industrial sector of our industry. Specific hot topics being teed up for discussion include bid specifications – if you had an audience with engineers who write specs for water treatment systems in commercial, industrial and multi-resident buildings, what information would you ask them to include, and what suggestions would you have for improving the process? We’ll also talk about ways of selling your customers on products or systems that minimize environmental impact.

What consumer trends or opinions are of most value to you? What areas could WQA probe more deeply to give you the information you need in marketing your services or products? Come ready to brainstorm ideas as WQA prepares for its next consumer survey this winter. You’ll also get ideas for how to use the study’s rich consumer trend data to benefit your own business.

And are there emerging contaminants for which you have found a lack of information regarding the effectiveness of POU/POE treatment? Share your ideas for our upcoming study!
